In this Rita Tech app, you take a photo of someone and you choose what their body would be like. Choose from casual everyday attire to formal ball gowns, depending on gender, in this dress-up app.
However, as a simulator, XRay Scanner for Body Quiz doesn’t really scan the subject’s body nor does it have any X-ray capabilities. It only pretends to scan, allowing you to mix and match outfits and parts, like a more realistic Super Stylist or Fashion Doll.
A prank scanner app
Despite its name, XRay Scanner for Body Quiz doesn’t really perform X-ray scanning on the subject. Instead, it takes a picture of the subject, pretends to run a couple of processes, and returns with an interactive image. You can now switch entire images or a part of it, such as the torso or the upper body, making for a fun innocent experience.
As for the app, it’s entirely free to use with no features hidden behind any paywall. Sure, the experience gets old after some time, but the selection of images allows you to build different combinations. Its restriction only comes in the form of fixed images, sorted based on gender, with no regular updates. Also, there are no options to mix male and female parts in this scanner.
Frequent ads can be a challenge for people looking to enjoy the app though. Usually, full screen ads that are unskippable for a couple of seconds appear every time you start a session with the app. A simple workaround for this issue is to use the app offline. Even without an internet connection, the app still works without any problem, letting you enjoy the app as much as you want.
A fun one-trick pony
If you’re looking to snap someone’s image and experiment with what they would look like in various outfits, XRay Scanner for Body Quiz can give you a vague idea. While the X-ray scanning part is only for show, the face of a person plus a stock set of outfit images lets you mix and match. Its attempt to profit from ads is easily resolved, although it could use more presets.
